The Frankfurt International Cheese Competition awards the Reserve Don Berrio from Quesera Herenciana Cofer.
In the German city of Frankfurt, a new edition of this international competition has been held in which almost 300 categories of cheeses and dairy products have been evaluated. The jury has had international cheese and gastronomy professionals, representatives from the media, and experienced cheese enthusiasts.
The RESERVA DON BERRIO has been awarded the Gold medal. Made with raw sheep’s milk and matured for 12 months, it has a robust and intense flavor characteristic of sheep’s milk and its long maturation.
