On Sunday, October 6th, the Regional Petanque Championship organized by FECAM CLM concluded, where Mercedes Díaz and José Ángel Ramos from the Asodisal Sports Club were crowned champions in the female and male G2 absolute category, respectively. This adapted sports event, which had been postponed in June, brought together the best players in the region for a final day that only included those athletes aiming for a medal.
After weeks of preparation and effort, Mercedes and José Ángel demonstrated their high level of competitiveness, winning all their games against opponents from different parts of Castilla-La Mancha.
