Last Friday, September 22nd, the Agroalimentary Stand of Herencia was dressed up to welcome around 60 wine enthusiasts. These oenology lovers had the privilege to participate in a Blind Tasting, a specialized event led by the sommelier Saray Marco Solanilla, and supported by the Regulatory Council D.O. La Mancha.
The attendees had the opportunity to taste six exquisite wines, each with its particular notes and nuances. But the experience didn’t end there. Each wine was perfectly paired with gourmet tapas, courtesy of the renowned local restaurant, Mascaraque Olivo. This pairing, thoughtfully designed, allowed participants to appreciate even more the characteristics and richness of each wine.
The event became a celebration of the flavors, aromas, and traditions of La Mancha, offering attendees an unforgettable afternoon and strengthening the wine culture in the region.
