Herencia has a renovated financial space, as Globalcaja has carried out a complete rehabilitation of its branch in the town. With a bright and efficient design, the entity now offers an improved environment that reflects its firm commitment to customer service and community development.
The mayor of Herencia, Sergio García-Navas Corrales, along with the councilor for Economic Promotion, Lola Fernández, had the opportunity to visit this new version of the Globalcaja office. A space that embraces the model of “banking for people”, highlighting the importance of proximity and personalized relationship with its customers.
One of the most outstanding aspects of this renovation is the optimization of comfort and user experience. The branch now has customer service positions that offer greater privacy, incorporating ergonomic furniture and acoustic elements that improve communication. In addition, energy efficiency has been prioritized, with a complete renewal of its lighting and air conditioning system.
Heading this renovated space is a team of three professionals, led by its director, Miguel Gómez. Along with Víctor Manuel Esquinas, Globalcaja’s Zonal Director, they shared with the municipal authorities the warm reception that the citizens have given to this new office, and reiterated the entity’s unwavering commitment to Herencia.
This renovation is not an isolated fact. It is part of the Transformation Plan that Globalcaja is implementing in its extensive network of branches, which includes more than 300 offices, 106 of them located in the province of Ciudad Real. This initiative not only focuses on the opening and maintenance of offices, but on a complete transformation and modernization of them, reflecting Globalcaja’s deep roots and commitment to the territory.
