North Stain promotes four new investment projects in Herencia.

The local action group Mancha Norte has announced the launch of four new investment projects in Herencia, aimed at supporting local businesses through European funds provided by the Regional Government.

One of the beneficiaries, Víctor José Iniesta, will renovate and equip a space to establish a pharmacy, with the goal of providing an essential service to citizens. This project aims to improve access to basic health services in the community.

Santiago García-Botija, on the other hand, will create a new sports center dedicated to the practice of paddle tennis, a growing sport. This center will have three covered courts, a feature that currently does not exist in the municipality, providing added value to paddle enthusiasts.

Noelia Sierra will also receive support to launch Villa Eire, Rural Coliving, an innovative space in the middle of nature. This project will offer semi-circular wooden cabins equipped with all comforts, and activities such as yoga, meditation, and hiking, promoting a healthy lifestyle in harmony with the environment.

Finally, Remigio Gallego-Casilda Buján from Embutidos Artesanos del Pueblo will use the funds to modernize and improve their facilities by acquiring new machines and equipment, allowing them to optimize production and maintain the artisanal quality of their products.

The signing of the agreements was attended by the Mayor of Herencia, Sergio García Navas; Aitor Gallego de la Sacristana, Youth Councilor and treasurer of the Mancha Norte group; Alberto Lara, President of the Mancha Norte Group; and Amparo Bremard, Provincial Delegate for Agriculture, Livestock, and Rural Development in Ciudad Real.

These projects not only aim to promote the economic and social growth of Herencia but also to promote innovation and sustainability in various key areas. They also reflect a long-term vision to consolidate Herencia as a benchmark for development and progress in the region.
