The traditional Beach Handball School, which takes place during the summer season in Herencia, is experiencing a high participation rate in all its categories this year. This sports event, which spans from the youngest category to the senior category, is organized by the SMD CBM Quijote Herencia, with the collaboration of the Municipal Sports Service of the City Council.
In this year’s edition, participants in the youngest categories also have the opportunity to compete simultaneously in the Proeldo League, which takes place on Friday afternoons.
A few days ago, Serafín Tajuelo, the Sports Councilor, visited the competition to firsthand experience, along with Fran García-Arias, one of the organizers of the School, the experiences of the youngest players and their coaches. The Councilor expressed his gratitude to the coaches for the excellent work they have done with the students.
The Beach Handball School has become a key event in Herencia’s sports agenda during the summer months. Its objective is to promote handball in the town and provide young people with a space to improve their skills and enjoy the sport in a fun and safe environment.
