On Thursday, September 19th, at 8:00 PM, a regular session of the Plenary will be held in the Plenary Hall of the City Hall of Herencia, Ciudad Real. The call has been made by the mayor of the town, Sergio García-Navas, in accordance with Law 7/1985 and the Municipal Organic Regulation (M.O.R.).
During the session, which will be held on first call, the following items on the agenda will be discussed:
1. Approval of the minutes of the previous session, corresponding to the Ordinary Plenary of July 25th, 2024.
2. Approval of the bases for the awarding of the P.A.U. and the selection of the Urban Development Agent of the Execution Unit 6-01 (File no. 1763/2024).
3. Free transfer to the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha of the land registry 27922 for the construction of a Health Center (File no. 2494/2023).
4. Mayor’s resolutions and information of interest.
5. Requests and questions.
In case the necessary quorum is not reached, a second call will take place forty-eight hours after the first. The session promises to address relevant topics for urban development and the well-being of the inhabitants of Herencia, highlighting the transfer of land for the construction of the new health center in the town.
The plenary will be open to the public and the participation of councilors and representatives of the different political groups of the municipality is expected.
