5th Meeting of Lace Makers “Villa de Herencia” framed within the Fairs and Festivities 2023.

The celebration of the “V Encuentro de Encajeras ‘Villa de Herencia'” on Sunday, September 17th is confirmed. This event will be one of the preludes to the Feria and Fiestas 2023 in honor of Ntra. Sra. de las Mercedes, which will take place from September 20th to 24th of the same month.

For all those interested in being part of this emblematic gathering, the registration period will remain open until August 31st. Event program:

• 10:00 am: Reception of participants.
• 10:30 am – 1:00 pm: Bobbin lace demonstration session.
• 11:30 am: Delivery of gifts and appetizers for all participants.
• 12:00 pm: Raffle, followed by a performance by the Folk Group of Herencia and the Folklore School of the Universidad Popular.
• 1:00 pm: Closing of the event by local authorities.

The participation cost is 2€ and it is highlighted that there is a limit of 200 participants.
