Medieval Days at IES Hermógenes Rodríguez in Herencia.

Welcome to the Medieval Days in Herencia! IES Hermógenes Rodríguez is pleased to invite the whole community to immerse themselves in a journey to the past on April 25th and 26th. Organized by the History Department and with the collaboration of various educational departments, this interdisciplinary event promises an educational and entertaining experience for both students and visitors.

Thanks to the financial support of the Herencia Town Hall and various local businesses and banking entities, the Medieval Days join the success of the recent academic and professional guidance day ITÍNERA23 in an effort to invest in the future of the community through education.

During these days, the school will be transformed into an authentic journey through time. Hallways, classrooms and courtyards will become castles and medieval streets, alchemists’ laboratories, witches’ dwellings, artisan workshops, and stages for musicians and storytellers, among others. All of this thanks to the joint work of students and teachers, who will also dress up as medieval characters to immerse themselves in the experience and enrich the atmosphere.

This invitation is extended not only to IES Hermógenes Rodríguez students, but also to other schools, parents, and visitors interested live in this unique experience. Don’t miss it and come to experience history firsthand at the Medieval Days in Herencia!
