Last Saturday, in the courtyard of the Town Hall of Herencia, local author María Isabel García-Gango Yuste presented her book of poems “A Few Minutes in Memory”. This intimate collection reflects the writer’s particular way of observing the world and expressing her emotions. During the presentation, Isabel gave the councillor María José Sánchez Rey a poem dedicated to the town of Herencia, as a token of gratitude and homage to her roots which have influenced her life and work so much. With this gesture, the Herencia author demonstrates the profound bond she maintains with her hometown and community.
