The Local Council of Sports and Physical Activity in Herencia has given the go-ahead for preparations for the 4th Night of Sports, which will take place on Friday, June 9th. During its latest session, the Council approved the regulations that will govern this annual sports event.
Among the distinctions to be awarded are prizes for the individual athlete, the collective athlete, the sports career, support to sports, values in sports and inclusive sports. These prizes will be proposed and chosen by the Local Council of Sports, an entity that has always promoted excellence and commitment in the sports field.
In addition, nominations are now open for the Special Sports Mention. This recognition can be proposed by any institution, group or neighbor in the town, reflecting the inclusive and participatory nature of the event. Nominations for this mention must be submitted by Friday, May 26th.
Proposals for the Special Sports Mention can be made by filling out Annex 1 and sending it to the Municipal Sports Service email address ([email protected]) or delivering it to the General Registry of the City Council.
