On June 3, 2023, the Youth Center of Herencia in Ciudad Real will turn into a scenario for self-exploration and learning through the course “Bring out your Inner Clown”. This workshop is meant for anyone interested in exploring theater methodologies as a tool for personal development and learning, without needing prior experience.
Over six sessions, each an hour and a half long, participants will have the opportunity to delve into improvisation and mime techniques guided by the figure of the clown to encourage reflection on concepts of learning and personal development. Session times are at 10:00, 12:00, 17:00, and 19:00.
In addition to improvisation and mime work, the course will also cover topics such as group work, positive psychology, active learning, and various theater techniques focused on emotional expression and interaction with the audience.
