The Mayors’ Center of Herencia announces its summer program for this 2023, with a diverse range of activities designed for people over 60 who seek to stay active during the months of July and August. The registration period will open next week, from Monday 26th to Friday 30th June, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
This summer, the Mayors’ Center offers six different activities, which will take place two days a week. With a limited capacity to ensure the quality of teaching and the enjoyment of the participants, those interested can register directly at the Mayors’ Center.
The summer activities offer includes:
- Active Mind Workshop, with a fee of €5, will be offered at three different times on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Pool Gymnastics, for a fee of €5, will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.
- Maintenance Gymnastics, with a fee of €5, will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- Adapted Gymnastics, with a fee of €5, will be carried out at various times on both Mondays and Wednesdays, and Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Hiking, a free activity, will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
- Course on Digital Education and Handling of Mobile Devices for Seniors, also free, will be taught on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The Mayors’ Center invites all people over 60 in the locality to participate in these activities that, in addition to promoting physical and mental health, offer a space for living together and enjoyment.
