Players from the Municipal Sports Schools of Herencia compete in the National Handball Tournaments.

In an exciting week for local sports, several players from the Municipal Sports Schools of Handball in Herencia are competing in the National Tournaments of Cangas de Narcea and León. The young athletes have been selected to represent the Handball Federation of Castilla-La Mancha in both competitions.

In the junior category, the representative athletes are Laura Martín Buitrago, Elena González, and Aldara Elena Martínez, who are showcasing their skills and prowess in the tournament of Cangas de Narcea. On the other hand, in the cadet category, Beatriz Mateos de Arriba and Claudia González Román are competing in the tournament of León, with the goal of bringing honor to their school and the region of Castilla-La Mancha.
