The night of August 1st, the traditional Nocturnal Hiking Route organized by the Youth Department of Herencia took place, an event that has reached its tenth edition this year and has brought together more than 230 people, marking a milestone in its trajectory.
The first mill of the Sierra de San Cristóbal was the perfect setting to welcome the full moon. There, both young and old had the opportunity to play percussion instruments and connect with their senses, thanks to the intervention of Moi and Angelito.
This solidarity event has once again shown the importance of citizen participation. The funds raised in this edition will be used to finance aid projects for the Sahrawi people, a cause that motivates and unites the people of Herencia.
The Youth Department of Herencia has thanked the collaboration of all participants and has promised more activities like this in the future. “Thank you to each and every one of you for your participation in this solidarity cause. See you next year!” expressed the organization.
On the other hand, the Civil Protection of Herencia also actively collaborated to ensure the proper development of the activity, guaranteeing the safety of all attendees and the organization of the event. This mutual collaboration between entities demonstrates the strength of the Herencia community when it comes to organizing and participating in events of this kind.
