On Friday, November 24, the Municipal Library of Herencia joins the commemoration of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women in a very special way. The usual session of “Stories with bread and chocolate” will take on a vindictive tone with the activity “Tell me that we are equal”, focused on equality and the fight against gender-based violence.
The session, which will take place from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Library, promises to be a space for meeting and reflection, where carefully selected stories will be shared with the attendees. These narratives not only seek to entertain, but also to educate and raise awareness about gender equality and the importance of eradicating violence against women.
As is tradition, the stories will be accompanied by delicious bread and chocolate, adding a sweet touch to the afternoon. This event, carried out in collaboration with the Women’s Center of Herencia, is an opportunity for the community to come together and actively participate in this very significant day.
