The City Council of Herencia has announced a new Extraordinary Session of the Plenary, which will take place on Wednesday, June 14th at 8:30 pm in the Plenary Hall of the Town Hall. This announcement is made in accordance with the provisions of Articles 36.1, 80, 82, and 83 of the Regulations of Organization, Functioning, and Legal Regime of Local Entities approved by Royal Decree 2568/1986, of November 28th, and Article 47.2 of the Consolidated Text of Current Legal Provisions on Local Regime approved by Legislative Royal Decree 781/1986, of April 18th.
The session, which will be chaired by the Mayor, will have on its agenda a single point: Approval, if applicable, of the minutes of the previous session, corresponding to the last Extraordinary Plenary session held on May 2nd, 2023.
This call reaffirms the local government’s commitment to transparency and citizen participation in decision-making, making it possible for citizens to be informed about the decisions and actions that are carried out in the government of their city. Citizens are invited to attend the session to stay informed about the decisions made in their municipality.
