Call for the Ordinary Session of the Plenary in the Town Council of Herencia on September 14th.

On September 14th, at 8:00 PM, a new Ordinary Session of the Plenary will be held in the Plenary Hall of the Herencia City Hall. This convocation is made in accordance with article 21 of Law 7/1985, of April 2nd, which regulates the Bases of Local Regime; article 80 of Royal Decree 2568/1986, of November 28th, and the Municipal Organic Regulation of Herencia (R.O.M.).

Order of the day

1. Approval of the minutes of the previous session, corresponding to the Ordinary Plenary of July 20, 2023.
2. Creation and definition of the composition of the Municipal Delimitation Commission.
3. Appointment of representatives in collegiate bodies, in particular, Groundwater User Communities.
4. Specific amendment to the Second Activity Positions of the Local Police R.P.T.
5. Deliberation and, if appropriate, approval of the Budget Amendment file No. 1/2023. This amendment includes extraordinary credits and budget supplements financed with credits from other applications and the net treasury surplus.
6. Presentation and study of the General Account for the year 2022.
7. Communication of resolutions adopted by the Mayor’s Office and presentation of general interest information.
8. Questions and Answers section.

In the event that the necessary quorum is not reached to hold the session on the scheduled date, a second convocation has been established 48 hours after the original date.

This official announcement has been issued by the Mayor-President of Herencia, with the validation and signature of the Secretary of the City Council. All citizens and interested parties are duly informed and are invited to participate and witness this democratic exercise.
