The Municipality of Herencia announces that an extraordinary session of the Plenary will take place on May 2nd in the Planos Room of the Town Hall. The session will take place at 8:00 p.m. and the following items will be discussed:
1. Approval, if applicable, of the minutes of the previous session (ordinary plenary of March 23, 2023).
2. Drawing of Electoral Tables for the Autonomous and Local Elections on May 28, 2023, in accordance with Decree 32/2023, of April 3, by the President of the Regional Government, and Royal Decree 207/2023, of April 3, which call for elections to the Regional Parliament of Castilla-La Mancha, local elections, and to the Assemblies of Ceuta and Melilla.
The extraordinary session of the Plenary is called in accordance with the powers granted by Article 21 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of Local Government, Article 80 of Royal Decree 2568/1986, of November 28, and the Municipal Organic Regulations of Herencia (R.O.M.).
In the event of not having sufficient quorum, the session will be held on second call, forty-eight hours after the initially scheduled date. The citizens of Herencia are invited to attend this extraordinary session of the Plenary to be informed about the matters concerning their locality.
