Starting next Tuesday, July 4th, the Herencia Municipal Pool will host Aquagym sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00pm. This activity is completely free and will be available to all users who access the pool with their pass or daily ticket.
Aquagym, popular for its low impact and high effectiveness in terms of health and fitness, will take place in the medium-sized pool, as it has been done in previous years.
This aquatic exercise program is ideal for people of all ages and physical conditions, and offers benefits such as muscle strengthening, improved endurance and flexibility, as well as promoting cardiovascular health.
