Neighborhood festivals in Herencia hold great significance for its residents, and this year, the Celebration of La Encarnación will be held from May 1 to May 6. On Saturday, May 6 at 8:00 PM, a Eucharist and procession will take place accompanied by a performance by the Musical Group of Santa Cecilia. Following these religious acts, the Trio Bailongo will delight attendees with their music performance.
On Sunday, May 7, the Chapel will be open from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM for residents to collect their bread and visit the Virgin. At 7:00 PM, the Folk Group of Herencia will offer the singing of Mayos, a popular tradition that honors the Virgin during this festival.
