The Herencia Town Hall is calling for its next Ordinary Plenary Session, scheduled for Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Plenary Hall. The meeting, presided over by the Mayor-President of Herencia, will address key issues for the management and development of the municipality.
The agenda for the session includes crucial points that directly affect the well-being and progress of Herencia. Among the matters to be discussed are the approval of the minutes of the previous session, held on November 23, 2023, and the review and possible rectification of the Municipal Inventory of Assets.
One of the highlights is the discussion about the objective demanial mutation of a property located at Calle Carrasco Alcalde n° 5, a topic of great relevance to the community. In addition, there will be a discussion on the modification of various fiscal and regulatory ordinances, including those affecting the Municipal Cemetery and the fee for the temporary or sporadic use of buildings, premises and municipal facilities in Herencia.
Other modifications to be discussed include the Fiscal Ordinance of the Tax on Constructions, Installations, and Works, as well as the Fiscal Ordinance of the Tax on Real Estate.
