Herencia’s Women Youth Team bravely fights in the Copa de España.

In the recent Copa de España, the Herencia women’s youth handball team bravely faced the Playas de Fuengirola in the quarterfinals. Although the result was a loss (2-1) in the shoot-outs, the experience was more valuable than any trophy.

The defeat, although painful, provided the team with the opportunity to position themselves in fifth place and, most importantly, to learn and grow. Despite this being the club’s first competition in a beach event and at a national level, our young players demonstrated impressive skill and team spirit. They made us excited with their energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the sport.

Throughout the championship, the women’s youth handball team showed continuous improvement. Not only did they demonstrate their skills on the field, but they also showed great teamwork and dedication to their sport. We are very grateful for their hard work and passion for handball.

We hope that this experience has provided the team with a valuable opportunity for growth and development. We firmly believe that this challenge will help them improve, strengthen their team spirit, and prepare for the upcoming beach circuits in Castilla-La Mancha in which they will participate.

We would like to express our gratitude to the young players for their dedication and love for the sport. They have shown that although victories may be fleeting, team spirit and perseverance are eternal. Congratulations to our women’s youth team. We are very proud of you.
