For the second consecutive year, the “Conciliatory Easter Week” service has been relaunched at the Pablo Iglesias Youth Center and the Infant School as part of the Corresponsible Plan. This program is aimed at working mothers and fathers who need support during the Easter holiday period, as well as single-parent families.
The service will be available on April 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 10th, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Currently, a total of 54 children between the ages of 0 and 10 are participating in the program, with 26 of them in the Infant School and 28 in the Youth Center.
During these days, children enjoy numerous indoor and outdoor activities, workshops, crafts, and games. At the same time, the municipal Toy Library has adapted its schedule from April 3rd to 5th, operating from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm to further facilitate reconciliation through this service. Currently, 37 children regularly attend.
Thanks to the combination of these two services, support is being provided to 91 children who spend their Easter holidays having fun and engaging in various activities according to their age level. The implementation of these programs demonstrates the commitment of local authorities to the well-being of families and the promotion of reconciliation spaces that make the life of working parents easier.
