The terms and conditions for the leasing of warehouse 3 in the Business Incubator, located in the Industrial Park of the town, are now available. This announcement represents an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurs and individuals interested in starting new activities or relocating their businesses from the urban area.
The objective of the Business Incubator is to facilitate the development and promotion of industry in the town, offering a suitable space for the incubation of small and medium-sized enterprises in their initial stages. The facilities include warehouses, offices, and other municipal resources that can be used to support various entrepreneurial initiatives.
Interested parties will have a period of 20 days to submit their proposals, counting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Contracting Profile, which is September 13. It is mandatory for all proposals and necessary documentation to be submitted electronically through the Preparation and Submission of Offers Tool provided by the Public Sector Procurement Platform.
As for the duration of the lease agreement, it has been set at two years from its signing, with the option to be extended for a maximum of two additional years, not exceeding a total period of 4 years.
