The regional sport is celebrating. The Castilla-La Mancha Federation has issued its call for the I City of Béjar Tournament, where the Infant and Cadet categories will be present. From October 12th to 15th, there will be a real handball party, and the representation of Castilla-La Mancha promises to give it their all.
Herencia, known for being a breeding ground for sports talents, did not want to be left behind. It is with great pride and enthusiasm that we announce that several of our young prodigies have been called up to wear the white and red shirt of the national team. As for the Girls’ Infant Team, the local stars will shine: Elena González, Laura Martín Buitrago, Aldara Elena Martínez, and Claudia Fernández Toribio. But the representation from Herencia does not end there, as Claudia González Román is preparing to dazzle in the Girls’ Cadet Team.
The call-up is a reflection of the dedication, effort, and passion with which these young people face each training session and each match. Being selected to represent a whole community is an honor that very few achieve and is a testament to hard work and perseverance.
