The People’s Party (PP) of Herencia has expressed their gratitude to the citizens who trusted them in the recent municipal elections, despite not obtaining the majority needed to bring about the change they believe the region needs. Led by Carlos Baillo, the party managed to garner 1,293 votes, 120 more than in the previous call, but not enough to surpass the Spanish Socialist Workers’ Party (PSOE), which achieved an absolute majority in the City Council. The PP has also thanked the 1,242 voters who supported Paco Núñez for the presidency of Castilla-La Mancha, where they gained 132 more votes than in the previous election.
