The Elderly Center of the Municipality, in collaboration with the Castilla-La Mancha Regional Government and TeleVida, continues to offer workshops and talks focused on active aging for its users. This time, a sensitive but fundamental topic will be addressed: grief management and how to face the loss of loved ones in the most positive way possible.
The objective of these activities is to provide our seniors with useful tools and tips to cope with grief, helping them to face and accept the emotions associated with loss and allowing them to continue their lives in a healthy and active way.
The workshop will take place next Friday, April 21 at 11:00 am at the Elderly Center. All interested parties are invited to participate in this activity, where they can share their experiences and learn from others in a warm and supportive environment.
These talks and workshops are part of a broader active aging program, which seeks to promote social participation, autonomy, and well-being of older adults in our community. The Municipality’s Elderly Center is committed to continuing to offer activities and resources that allow our seniors to live fully and maintain an active and healthy life.
