This summer, pilates lovers have a date in Herencia. After the success of previous seasons, the Pilates Summer program is returning to the Municipal Pool starting from July 3rd. This year, participants will be able to choose between three different groups, depending on their schedule and whether they prefer to do the activity on the grass or in the water.
Pilates is a physical activity that promotes body toning, improved posture, flexibility, and balance. Practicing it outdoors, with the option of doing it in the water, provides an extra freshness and well-being during the summer season.
The Pilates Summer 2023 program will take place during the months of July and August, offering the possibility of enrolling in one of the following groups:
- Group 1: Water activity. Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 08:45 to 09:45.
- Group 2: Grass activity. Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 to 11:00.
- Group 3: Grass activity. Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 21:00 to 22:00.
Registrations will be available from Friday, June 16th. You can register through the AyMo APP or by accessing the procedures website.
