The City Council of Herencia, in collaboration with the Tastevin Club Hospitality School in Ciudad Real, has started this morning an innovative course on cheese pairing and tasting. The event, taking place at the tasting room of Quhesalia, features expert trainers in the field.

Course details:

  • Duration: 60 hours
  • Main Instructor: David Atienza
  • Target audience: Unemployed and employed individuals

The Mayor of Herencia, Sergio García Navas, along with the councilor of Rural Development, M.ª Eugenia Díaz Pacheco, attended the opening of the course to firsthand experience its development and content.

Upcoming opportunities:

Those interested in expanding their knowledge in the art of pairing will have a new opportunity on October 7. On that date, a course on Pairing with Coffee and Infusions will be held, also at the facilities of Quhesalia. Organizers inform that there are still spots available for this upcoming training event.

This initiative represents a joint effort between the public and private sectors to promote specialized training in the field of hospitality and gastronomy in the region.
